Why this blog — the motivation

An EV in town: I live in an apartment block (with no way to install a wallbox), in a town of about 40,000 people, which means using an electric car comes with its own challenges – I share my experience of how to handle charging and day-to-day life with an EV in an urban setting.

What the blog is for: I want to bring electric mobility closer to people who – like me – live in apartment blocks and are wondering whether an electric car is for them.

Practical tips: On this blog you'll find practical tips on charging a Tesla, driving around town, and the many other aspects of living with an electric car day to day.

Challenges and solutions: I describe my everyday challenges with charging, parking and looking after an electric car in town, and share the solutions I'm trying out.

Why Tesla?: I chose Tesla for its innovation, range and efficiency. Besides, I simply liked the Model 3 after the test drives, and it also won the approval of my better half.

Wait, LEGO?: Since LEGO is my hobby, something about LEGO will probably slip in now and then, but only in passing – the blog is meant to be about Tesla.
