Another month behind us, so it's time for a quick summary of June with the Tesla!
June stats:
- Distance: 3,787 km
- Energy used: 580.5 kWh
- Average consumption: 153.3 Wh/km (i.e. 15.33 kWh/100 km)
- Average energy cost according to Tessie: 1.58 PLN per 1 kWh gross
- Average cost of driving 100 km: approx. 25 PLN gross
In June we charged the car as many as 8 times at our own plot of land – from a three-phase socket, so the electricity came out really cheap. We're using this option more and more often, and I have to admit the comfort and savings are very noticeable.
At the start of the month we also made trips to Kraków and Szczyrk – the journeys went smoothly, with charging on the road and at the destination stress-free and without overpaying.
To sum up – the Tesla copes brilliantly with both everyday driving and longer trips. With current electricity prices and the option of charging at our own plot, covering 100 km for approx. 25 PLN gross is a result that's hard to beat even when driving a combustion car economically.
